The
Army Retirement Residence Foundation – Potomac (the Foundation) is a
nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation incorporated in the Commonwealth of
Virginia. It was formed in 1983 to provide quality retirement residences in the
Potomac area for retired military officers and spouses to live in comfort and
security, enjoying the strong ties and friendship that bond military retirees so
strongly together.

Under a Sponsorship Agreement with the operator of
The Fairfax, the Foundation processes all applications for membership.
Admission to The Fairfax presently is limited to members of the
Foundation. |
